w3m patches till 2001/09/27

I integrated patches posted to w3m-dev and w3m-dev-en till 27 Sep 2001. The older releases of w3m-inu are refered from w3m-inu home.

w3m-0.2.1-inu-1.4 is checked on SunOS 4.1.4, SunOS 5.8, FreeBSD 3.2, Mac OS X, OpenBSD 2.8, IRIX 6.5 (64bit).

Boehm GC 6.0 is used.

Fixes

Version name of w3m-inu

"-gc60" is deleted. But, still using Bohem GC 6.0.

script/dirlist.{in,cgi}

cygwin_pathconv is fixed. ([w3m-dev 02234]

Arrangement of files

patch/* ¤È README.rej are deleted. development.html.in is moved to w3m-doc. Older w3m-doc/developement.html.in is deleted.

version number

version number (w3m-0.2.1-inu-1.4a2-0915) is fixed to w3m-0.2.1-inu-1.4.

Remaining Problems

• Errors at linking inflate on IRIX 6.5. Is my zlib broken? (not confirmed)
  To avoid this, you should comment lines of inflate out in XMakefile:
  

  %cc -O -I./gc/include -I. -I/usr/include -o inflate inflate.o -L/usr/lib -lz
  ld32: FATAL   12 : Expecting n32 objects: /usr/lib/crt1.o is o32.

• Arrangement of comments.
• OpenBSD/Alpha problem (Bohem GC) is under investigation.
• GC is now using configure system. (makefile of w3m doesn't call GC's configure)

Adds video/*. And some fixes on uuencode.

Deleting some documents in doc and doc-jp

doc/history and doc-jp/{README|HISTORY}.kokb are deleted. A patch for doc-jp/README.hp is suspended. (+R option is needed for cc of HP-UX 10.20)
